All newly created physical cards and replacement lost, stolen, or broken cards will be active as soon as you create them, so you can use them instantly.
The exceptions to this are physical renewal cards you order to replace expired cards. You won’t be able to use these until they’re delivered, and you’ll still need to activate them manually when they arrive.
As a cardholder, you can activate a new card using either the mobile app or the web app. Alternatively, a company admin can activate the card through the web app. The activation instructions are the same regardless of the device being used.
1. Log into the mobile app or the web app.
2. Under Cards, search and select the card to activate
3. Enter the CVC (the three-digit code on the back of the card) and Confirm
The card will then be activated and the PIN available in the apps.
Don't forget: for added security to enable contactless payments, you need to make your first payment using Chip and PIN.
