Your Soldo card may have spending or withdrawal limits set by your company. These limits help control how the card can be used and support company policies.
Types of limits
You may see two types of limits applied to your card:
- Usage limits: These are the maximum values allowed by Soldo for different types of activity
- Card rules: These are custom limits set by your company, such as how much you can spend or withdraw
How to view your usage limits
You can check the usage limits for your card in the web app only:
- From the navigation menu, select Cards.
- Select your card from the list.
- Select the three dots (more options) in the top right corner.
- Click View usage limits.
The usage limits window shows the maximum values allowed for:
- Cashpoint withdrawal limits per card
- Purchase limits per card
- Number of transactions for withdrawals and purchases
How to check your card rules
You can also check if your company has applied any custom limits or restrictions to your card. These are shown in the Rules section of your card, available in both the web and mobile apps.
In the mobile app
- Tap Cards, then select your card.
- Scroll down to the Card rules section.
- You’ll see any spending or withdrawal limits if they have been set.
In the web app
- Go to Cards from the navigation menu.
- Select your card, then open the Rules tab.
- You’ll find spending and cash withdrawal limits listed there, if applied by your company.
What if a payment is declined due to limits?
If a transaction is declined because it exceeds a limit, you’ll see a message in the app. You can also check your card rules to understand what’s allowed. If you need to spend more than the current limits, contact your manager or admin.
