Registration form checklist

You’ll need:

✔ Your name and email address

✔ Information to identify your organisation and some additional details—its type, size and business model

✔ The details (name, nationality, date of birth, work email, mobile number, residential address) of your company’s:

• Legal Representative (likely to be a director or person listed in Companies House or the Charity Register),
  and
• Super admin (the person who will manage the Soldo account)

✔ Information about how you plan to use Soldo (such as expected spend and number of cards)

The Legal Representative and Super admin will also need:

✔ An ID

✔ A camera phone or webcam for a ‘liveness check’

They may also need:-

✔ A proof of address
