Identity verification

When do I need to verify my identity?

You may receive a link from Soldo requesting to verify your identity after you or someone in your company has submitted a Soldo application with your details on it.

What is the process to verify my identity?

Soldo uses Onfido, a trusted, independent identity verification provider to perform identity verification. After clicking the link in the email you will be taken to a web-page which will guide you through the steps to confirm your identity.
