How to manage web and mobile app access for users

With Soldo, you can decide the type of access users have to the web and mobile apps. You can choose from:

  • Web and mobile app
  • Mobile app only
  • No access to web or mobile apps

Change a user's access to Soldo apps

You'll need to log in to Soldo with a role that has permission to manage device access such as a Super admin, Admin, Limited admin or Leader.

  1. Select Users from the left-side menu.

  2. Select the User.

  3. Select the Information tab.

  4. In the Device access section, select Edit access.

  5. In the pop-up, choose the type of access you want to give, then select Confirm.

Note: If you choose "Don't allow access", any existing credentials for the web and mobile apps will no longer work for this user. If you want to re-enable access later, simply follow the same steps and we'll send new temporary credentials to their email address.
