When you choose the Save as new view option, any filters or layout settings that you’ve already applied to your current view will be copied across to your new view.
- From the left-side menu, select Reports > Transactions.

Select the dropdown next to the view name, then select Save as new view.
- A new tab will be added with the default name New view. Any settings will be copied across to this view.
Tip: You can rename your views to any name. To find out how, see: Rename a view. Important: When you choose the Save as new view option, if you’ve unsaved changes in your current view (indicated by a notification dot), these unsaved changes will be automatically applied and saved in your new view. The changes will remain unsaved in the current view. If you want to reset a view before duplicating, see this article: Reset a view.
What happens to my Saved view if I make changes to the data?
Saved views uses real-time data. If you make certain changes, it could impact the data in your Saved view. If this happens, we’ll let you know by displaying an information banner at the top of your Saved view.
You can find more details about the changes that have impacted your Saved view by selecting Take a look at what’s changed.
We’ll then list the changes that have impacted the Saved view. You can find more detail by selecting the dropdown.
