View or update a card delivery address

When you create a new plastic card, you'll be able to select the card shipping address from a list of company or user addresses. We'll use that address for the first shipment and any card renewals.

If you want to check what delivery address is linked to a card or update the address, follow the guides below.

View a card delivery address

  1. Log in to the web app.
  2. From the left-side menu, select Cards.

  3. Select the card you want to view. Note: You'll only be able to view the delivery address for plastic cards. WC_Cards_AddressManagement_Check_Card_Annotated_202507_EN.webp
  4. In the right side information panel, you'll see the delivery address currently linked to this card. This is the address we'll use for this card's renewal.

Update a card delivery address

  1. Log in to the web app.
  2. From the left-side menu, select Cards.

  3. Select the card you want to view.
    Note: You'll only be able to update the delivery address for plastic cards. WC_Cards_AddressManagement_Check_Card_Annotated_202507_EN.webp
  4. In the right side information panel, under Delivery address, select Edit address.

  5. Choose the new delivery address and select Confirm.

  6. If you want to ship the card directly to a user, select the User addresses tab.

  7. Select the user from the dropdown. You'll then be able to choose their registered address and then select Confirm. Tip: If you've not yet added an address for the user, you'll be able to do that from here. Just select Add user address. WC_Cards_AddressManagement_Check_EditUserSelected_Annotated_202507_EN.webp

Who: Super admins and Admins can view card delivery addresses for all cards in the account. Users can view the delivery address for cards assigned to them.
  1. Log in to the web app.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Cards.
  3. Select the card you want to view.
    Note: You'll only be able to view the delivery address for plastic cards. 
  4. In the right side information panel, you'll see the delivery address currently linked to this card. This is the address we'll use for this card's renewal.

Update a card delivery address

Who: Super admins and Admins.
  1. Log in to the web app.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Cards.
  3. Select the card you want to view.
    Note: You'll only be able to update the delivery address for plastic cards. 
  4. In the right side information panel, under Delivery address, select Edit.
  5. Choose the new delivery address and select Confirm.
    Tip: You'll also be able to add a new address from here. Just select Add address. 
  6. If you want to ship the card directly to a user, select the User addresses tab.
  7. Select the user from the dropdown. You'll then be able to choose their registered address and then select Confirm.
    Tip: If you've not yet added an address for the user, you'll be able to do that from here. Just select Add address.
