Switch between Soldo accounts

If you use Soldo with more than one company, switching between accounts is easy and you don’t need to log out each time. You can move between accounts directly from your user menu in just a few clicks.

How to switch accounts

Who: Users with access to multiple accounts
  1. From the web app, select the three dots (more options) to open the user menu.

  2. Select the Account option.

  3. Choose the account you want to switch to from the list of available accounts.

  4. You'll be asked to log in to the new account:
    • If the account uses SSO (Single Sign-On) and it’s enabled for your email address, you’ll switch without entering a password.
    • If SSO isn’t enabled, simply enter the password for that account and then select Log in.

What accounts can you switch between?

The list of accounts you see is based on your email address. You'll only see Soldo accounts that are linked to the email you're currently logged in with.

If you use a different email address for another company’s Soldo account, you won’t see that account in the list. To switch to it, you’ll need to log out and log in with the other email address instead.
