The Home screen is the first thing you see when you log in to the Soldo web app. It gives you a personalised overview of your account, recent activity, and quick access to the tasks that matter most, all in one place.
What you can see and do from the Home screen
All users land on the Overview tab of the Home screen after logging in, regardless of your role. From here, you can:
- View your assigned user balances - if you're on a Plus or Unlimited plan with multi-currency activated, you'll see a balance for each active currency
- See a list of your latest transactions, with a quick link to View all - this takes you to the Transactions tab where you can apply filters and get more detail
- Access your assigned card(s) including type (e.g. virtual, plastic, fuel) and current status (e.g. Active).
- Quick access to your card payment information like card number and PIN - just select View card details
- If you have more than one card, select View all to go to the Cards tab for a full view
- See your assigned expense policy (if you're on the Unlimited plan)
- View your contact details - mobile number and email address
- See your unique receipt forwarding email address to send expense receipts directly to Soldo
- Log an out-of-pocket or mileage reimbursement (if you're on a Plus or Unlimited plan) by selecting Add transaction
- Access Help and Support via the Help button in the top header
- If your a Super admin, you'll also be able to quickly Deposit funds

Alongside the Overview tab, the Home screen includes additional tabs that help you manage and understand your Soldo account.
Transactions tab
See all your transactions in one place, with filters to help you find what you need, including currency-based filters for multi-currency accounts on Plus and Unlimited plans.
Cards tab
View all your assigned cards, with details about status, type, balance, and recent spend.
Information tab
View your personal profile information, including name, job title, reporting line, card delivery address, payment details, and more. The exact fields shown will depend on your role and company plan.
Good to know
- The Home screen is your default landing page when you log in.
- The Home screen is personal to you, regardless of your role. For example, if you're a Super admin, your Home screen will display your personal activity and information.
- Super admins who need visibility over company spending can access a dedicated Dashboard by selecting Dashboard from the main navigation menu.
