Which fields will the integration import from NetSuite?

The following fields are imported to Soldo from your NetSuite account by default:

AccountNetSuite CategoryImports only codes of Expense type (e.g., ‘Expense’, ‘CostOfGoodsSold’, ‘OtherExpense’) and Accounts Payable.
Tax RateNetSuite Tax RateSee: “There’s an error with the NetSuite tax rate and I can’t export some transactions. How do I fix this?”
LocationNetSuite LocationNetSuite tracking code
ClassNetSuite ClassNetSuite tracking code
DepartmentNetSuite DepartmentNetSuite tracking code
NameNetSuite NameIncluding tags from: Vendors, Customer, Project

You can also import custom fields to Soldo from your NetSuite account. There is no limit to the number of custom fields that you can import.

Please note that the NetSuite Category, NetSuite Tax Rate, NetSuite Location, and NetSuite Department may each be set as mandatory in NetSuite. Soldo has no way of knowing whether these fields are mandatory in NetSuite, and these settings will not be reflected in Soldo. If one or more of these fields is set as mandatory in NetSuite, you will need to assign a value for them before you can export the transaction to NetSuite.
