How Digital Receipt Archiving works

Soldo partners with InfoCert, a certified provider that complies with both EU Regulation No. 910/2014 (eIDAS) and Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR) — ensuring that digital archiving is secure, compliant, and legally valid.

What happens when a receipt is uploaded?

As soon as an employee uploads a receipt for a transaction made with a Soldo card, it is automatically archived in line with legal standards.

You’ll see confirmation of this in the transaction’s Attachments section — where archived receipts are clearly marked.
