How can I lock a card in the mobile app?

If you have a lost/stolen card, you can quickly lock it from being used in the mobile app:

  • Log into the mobile app
  • Tap on Cards then swipe to find the card you’d like to lock
  • Tap Security then Lock card
  • If necessary, you can then tap Report to report the card as lost, stolen, or damaged. Contact your company's admin who can issue you a replacement.
