What name and billing address do I enter when paying online?

When you use your Soldo card to make a purchase online, you may be asked to enter the cardholder name and billing address. Entering the correct details helps avoid failed payments or identity verification errors.

What name and address should I use?

You should always enter your own name, even if you are using a Company card. Soldo cards are linked to individuals who are authorised to use them, and your name is part of the verification process.

Use your company’s registered address in Soldo. This is the billing address linked to the card and may be required to complete the transaction.

Where to find your company’s registered address

You can find the registered company address in the Soldo web and mobile apps when viewing your card details.

In the web app

  1. From the navigation menu, select Cards.
  2. Select your card.
  3. Click the Card details icon.
  4. Select View card details.
  5. The address will be displayed in the Billing address section.

In the mobile app

  1. Tap Cards.
  2. Select your card.
  3. Tap the Card details icon.
  4. Tap View card number, CVV & more.
  5. The address will be displayed in the Billing address section.
