A cardholder can activate a new card through the mobile app or, alternatively, also company's admin can do it through the web console. The instructions are the same no matter the device they are going to use.
- Log into the mobile app or the web console at manage.soldo.com
- Under Cards, search and select the card to activate
- Enter the CVV (the three-digit code on the back of the card) and Confirm
The card will then be activated and the PIN available in the apps.
Don't forget: for added security to enable contactless payments, you need to make your first payment using Chip and PIN.
