A cardholder can activate a new card through the mobile app or, alternatively, a company's admin can activate a card through the web console.
Here's how a cardholder can activate a new card in the mobile app:
- Log into the mobile app
- Click on Activate Card
- Enter the CVV (the last 3 digits on the back of the card) and click Confirm
The card will be then be activated and the PIN will be available in the app.
Here's how a company admin can activate a new card in the web console:
- Login to the web console at: manage.soldo.com
- Click on Manage, and then Users or Expense Centres
- Select a user or expense centre
- Click on Cards
- Select a card
- Enter the CVV (the last 3 digits on the back of the card)
The card will be then be activated and the PIN will be available in the web console.
