If you have entered the PIN code too many times and your card is now locked, then follow the instructions here.
Here's how cardholders can find out the PIN for their card in the mobile app:
- Log into the mobile app
- Click on Cards
- Select a card
- Click on the information icon
- Click on Show Pin
Alternatively, PIN reminders can be sent in the web console by an admin for your company:
- Login to the web console at: manage.soldo.com
- Click on Manage, and then Users
- Select a user, click on Cards, and then click on Pin Options for a card
This will trigger a text (to their phone number in Configure > User) to be sent to the user with their PIN.
