If you’ve entered the PIN code too many times and your card is now locked, don’t worry.
Here's how cardholders can find out the PIN for their card in the mobile app:
- Log into the mobile app
- Click on Cards
- Select and click on the relevant card, or the information icon
- Click on Show PIN
Alternatively, PIN reminders can be sent in the web console by an admin for your company:
- Login to the web console at: manage.soldo.com
- Click on Users
- Select a user, click on Cards, and then click on Pin Options for a card
This will trigger a text (to their phone number in Users > Profile) to be sent to the user with their PIN.
