Are there limits on card purchases and cash machine withdrawals?

For employees: Yes. Company admins can also set employee-specific spending limits, so if a purchase doesn't go through due to spending limits, please contact your company's admin. 

For Super admins and Admins: Yes, but only as an extra measure to safeguard your funds. We tailor these limits to your unique profile to make sure they never prevent your team from buying what they need. As your circumstances change, the limits applied to your account will change accordingly. Email businesssupport@soldo.com to discuss further. 

To view the usage limits of your Soldo account: 

1. Go to Cards 
2. Select any card from the list 
3. In the next screen, select the three dots in the top right corner. 
4. Click View usage limits. Your Soldo account’s usage limits will appear as a pop-up.  

You can see the maximum limits for each card for the following criteria: 

• Cashpoint withdrawals: single withdrawal, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly limits 
• Purchases: single purchase, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly limits 
• Number of transactions: daily, weekly, monthly and yearly limits
