How do I enable/disable the Optical recognition (OCR) feature?

To enable the Optical recognition (OCR) feature, go to the ‘Integrations’ section on the left-hand menu. Select ‘Marketplace’, then click on the ‘Data capture’ tab. On the Optical recognition (OCR) card, click ‘Connect’. You’ll see a green ‘Connected’ label when the OCR is enabled.

The individual OCR functions can’t be enabled or disabled separately. If the OCR is connected, all functions will be enabled by default.

To disable the OCR, go to the ‘Integrations’ section on the left-hand menu. Select ‘Marketplace’, then click on the ‘Data capture’ tab. On the Optical recognition (OCR) card, click ‘Remove’.
