How do I enable/disable the Optical recognition (OCR) feature?

Enable the Optical recognition (OCR) feature

  1. From the navigation menu, select Integrations > Marketplace.
  2. Click on the Data capture tab, or find the OCR card manually.
  3. On the Optical recognition (OCR) card, click Connect.

  4. You’ll see a green ‘Connected’ label when the OCR is enabled.

The individual OCR functions can’t be enabled or disabled separately. If the OCR is connected, all functions will be enabled by default. 

To disable OCR

  1. From the navigation menu, select Integrations > Marketplace.
  2. Find the OCR card under the Active integrations section.
  3. Click Remove.
