Does the Optical recognition (OCR) feature work for out-of-pocket transactions?

When an out-of-pocket transaction has been created, the OCR will check the receipt or invoice for quality and consistency once it has been uploaded. It will also automatically extract the VAT rate and fill in the corresponding field if it has not already been populated by the user.
