How do I find transactions with missing details?

Mandatory transaction details are determined by the Reminders feature. Anything selected in the Transaction rules section of Reminders is grouped and shown under Mandatory details for each transaction..

A transaction is only considered complete when all the mandatory fields have been filled in. For transactions with missing details, users will need to log into their accounts and complete these before they can be reviewed. 

Follow the short steps below to quickly find and view transactions with missing details in the web and mobile apps.

View (your own) transactions with missing details

  1. Log in to the web app.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Users and select your profile.
  3. Select the Transactions tab to see a list of your transactions.

  4. If you've enabled the Mandatory details column in the column settings, you'll be able to see which ones have missing details. Otherwise, you can quickly apply a filter to show only transactions with missing information by following the steps below.

Show only transactions with missing information

  1. From the transactions tab, select More filters.

Tip: You can apply additional filters like specific dates, wallets, or cards to further refine your results.

View transactions with missing details in the mobile app

  1. Log in to the mobile app
  2. You'll land on the Transactions section when you open the app, where you'll see a list of your transactions.
  3. Tap on the Filter icon.

  4. From the filter options, tap on Mandatory details.

  5. Choose "Missing", then tap Confirm.

  6. Your transaction list will automatically update and show only those with missing mandatory information.

Who: All users
  1. Log in to the web app.
  2. From the Home screen, select the Transactions tab.

  3. If you've enabled the Mandatory details column in the column settings, you'll be able to see which ones have missing details. Otherwise, you can quickly apply a filter to show only transactions with missing information by following the steps below.

Show only transactions with missing information

Who: All users (subject to the data you can access according to your role and permissions)
Tip: You can apply this filter on any transaction table that you're able to view according to your role and permissions.
  1. From a transactions table, select More filters.

  2. Under General filters, expand the Mandatory Details filter option.

  4. You'll now only see a list of transactions with missing mandatory details.
