How do I enable/disable the Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration?

Enable the Dynamics 365 integration

  1. From the navigation menu, select Integrations > Marketplace.
  2. Click on the Accounting tab. 
  3. Locate the Microsoft Dynamics 365 card and click Connect.

  4. Follow the steps to complete the setup flow. You’ll see a green Connected label when the Dynamics 365 integration is enabled.

Disable the Dynamics 365 integration

  1. From the navigation menu, select Integrations > Marketplace.
  2. Click on the Accounting tab. 
  3. Locate the Microsoft Dynamics 365 card and click Connect. 
  4. On the connected Microsoft Dynamics 365 card, click Settings. 
  5. Near the bottom of the page, click Remove integration.
