During the setup flow, you’ll be asked which company you’d like to connect with. You’ll also be asked to select the environment if the company has more than one. If only one company and environment is available, this will be selected automatically, and you will not see this step during the setup flow.
If you wish to change the company or environment once the integration has been set up, you can do this by finding the active card in the ‘Marketplace’ section and clicking on ‘Settings’. Changing the connected company or environment will reset the integration, so you’ll need to set it up again with the new company or environment.
Please note that a transaction can only be synced to one company or environment, so if you change the company or environment, you won’t be able to resync it.
If a sandbox is available to you, you might want to start by integrating with this environment. This will allow you to experiment with the Soldo/Dynamics 365 integration and decide which configurations work for you, before moving to your real account.
