Overview
There are two ways you can log in to the Soldo platform:
- Soldo Web Console
- Soldo Mobile App
Soldo Web Console – login here
Single account users
You’re a single account user if you’re only registered for one Soldo account with one email address.
Here’s how single account users log in to the Soldo Web Console:
- Enter the email address you signed up with.
- Enter your Soldo account password.
- Forgotten your password? Click on ’forgot password’ and follow the steps to set a new one.
Multiple account users
You’re a multiple account user if you access multiple different Soldo accounts using the same email address.
- First, select ‘I access multiple accounts with the same email’.
- Once selected, this will become your default login screen.
- Entire the Company ID for the Soldo account you want to access.
- Forgotten your company ID? Contact your company administrator who will be able to provide you with this information.
- If you are the company administrator, please refer to your original Soldo onboarding email or contact your Account Manager. Still can’t log in? Email businesssupport@soldo.com and our Customer Support team will be happy to help.
- Enter the email address you signed up with.
- Enter your Soldo account password.
- Forgotten your password? Please contact your company administrator.

Soldo Mobile App – download here
- Contact your company administrator who will trigger an automated email to be sent to you with your mobile credentials.
- Download the Soldo Mobile App here
- Open the app and tap ‘Get started’.
- Enter your company ID.
- Enter your mobile number and tap ‘Next’.
- Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number.
- Enter your passcode digits.
- If you need to reset your passcode to access the Soldo Mobile App, contact your company administrator who can do this for you.
- If you are the company administrator, you can reset a passcode in the Soldo Web Console by following these steps.
Login support
- If you’re having trouble logging in to the Soldo platform, please contact your company administrator.
- If you are the company administrator, please get in touch with your Account Manager.
- Alternatively, you can email businesssupport@soldo.com. Our Customer Support department is available via chat or email from Monday to Sunday (excluding bank holidays) from 9am to 6pm BST.
