How do I disable the Xero bank feed?

You can easily disable the bank feed through Soldo or via Xero.

In the final part of the Xero integration setup, in the Transaction rules section, use the toggle switch named Bank feed to choose if the bank feed can be disabled. If enabled, all previously day's settled transactions will be imported to your Xero account every morning.

How to disable the bank feed via the Soldo web app:

1. Navigate to the Integrations tab on the left-side menu and select Marketplace.
2. Within the Xero integration box, click Settings.
3. Under the Transaction rules tab, uncheck the bank feed option.

Please note: Disconnecting the bank feed through the Soldo web app will disable the bank feed for all the bank accounts connected to your Soldo account.

How to disable the bank feed in Xero:

1. In the Accounting menu, select Bank accounts.
2. Next to the account that has the feed you want to stop, click Manage Account.
3. Under Bank Feeds, click Deactivate feed or Disconnect feed.
