How can I request emissions calculations for transactions made before I enabled the integration?

As soon as the CO2e tracker is enabled, it will start automatically calculating emissions for all settled transactions made with a Soldo card from that point onwards. Emissions will not be calculated automatically for any transactions made before the tracker was enabled.

To get emissions information for transactions made before the tracker was enabled:

1. Go to the Integrations section on the left-hand menu.
2. Select Marketplace, then click on the Sustainability tab.
3. On the connected CO2e emissions tracker card, click More actions.
4. On the CO2e emissions tracker page, find the Download report section and click View request form.

You’ll need to enter a date range for the past transactions you’d like emissions data for, then the form will be sent automatically to your sales representative. Calculating emissions data for past transactions will incur a fee, based on the number of transactions you’d like to include. Your sales representative will reach out to you directly with a quote once they receive the completed request form.
