How do I check the CO2e emissions for an individual transaction?

You can see an overview of CO2e emissions summarised by category on the analytics page, but you can also get a more detailed breakdown of emissions per transaction. There are several ways to do this:

  • In the Reports > Transactions section of the Soldo web app, filter the list of transactions until you find the transactions you’d like to get emissions data for, then download a report in CSV or XLSX format. The information will be visible under the ‘CO2e emissions’ column in the report. Note: the ‘CO2e emissions’ column will not be visible in the table on the Soldo web app – you’ll need to download the report to see it.

  • In the Integrations > Marketplace section of the Soldo web app, find the ‘Custom template’ card and click ‘Create’. Follow the flow to create your custom template, then use it to export the transactions you’d like to get emissions data for. The information will be visible under the ‘CO2e emissions’ column in the report. • Using the Soldo Business API, query the transactions endpoint to retrieve information about your company transactions. For transactions made after the CO2e tracker was enabled, an additional ‘carbon_emissions’ object will be returned, which will include the unit of measurement and emissions amount for that transaction.
