Log in to the Soldo Web app

Important: Always log in to the web app at https://manage.soldo.com. We recommend saving this link as a bookmark and always access the web app using the bookmark.

For company administrators who need to set up and manage their company's Soldo account, the web app lets you do it all in one place – distribute, track, review, transfer, manage, analyse, report – everything you need to put you truly in control of your company’s money.

Login methods

Login - Single account user

Tip: You’re a single account user if you’re only registered for one Soldo account with one email address.

To login as a single account user, you'll need:

  • Your email address
  • Soldo account password
Note: For company Super admins, the email address is the one that you supplied when registering for a Soldo account. For any other user, this is the email address that was provided when you were added as a user in the Soldo account.
  1. Navigate to https://manage.soldo.com/
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Select Log in

  5. Verify your identity using the Soldo mobile app if prompted.

Login - Multiple account user

Tip: You’re a multiple account user if you access multiple different Soldo accounts using the same email address.

To log in as a multiple account user, you'll need:

  • The Account ID for the Soldo account you want to access
  • Your email address
  • Soldo account password
  1. Navigate to https://manage.soldo.com/
  2. Select log in from here  (Once selected, this will become your default login screen.)

  3. Enter the Account ID for the account you want to access.
  4. Enter your email address.
  5. Enter the password for the account you want to access.
  6. Select Log in.

  7. Verify your identity using the Soldo mobile app if prompted.

Login - SSO

Availability

Pricing plan(s): Plus (via Add-on), Unlimited (via Add-on)
Note: Single Sign On (SSO1) is not enabled by default. SSO must be activated on your Soldo account before you can use this login method. For more information on SSO, click here.

To login as an SSO user, you'll need:

  • The email address used by your Identity Provider
  • The password used by your Identity Provider
Important: The email address registered with your company's Identity Provider must be same as the email address registered to your Soldo account.
  1. Navigate to https://manage.soldo.com/
  2. From the log in screen select Log in with SSO.

  3. Enter your email address and select Continue.

  4. You'll be redirected to your Identity Provider to complete the authentication. Enter your details and complete any additional verification required by your Identity Provider, for example, Two Factor Authentication (2FA).
Tip: If you access multiple accounts using SSO, you'll be able to select which account you want to access.

First login

When you log in to Soldo for the first time, you will need to create a new strong password. Your temporary password can be found in your welcome email.

Updating your temporary password

After entering your credentials on the log in screen, you will be prompted to create your password.

  1. Enter the old password (the one that you have just logged in with).
  2. Enter your new password.
  3. Confirm your new password.
  4. Select Change password.

Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)

When you log in to the Soldo web app, we'll ask you to verify your identity by completing a Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) check.

Tip: After completing the SCA verification you can choose to trust your browser. If you choose this option, you will not need to complete the SCA verification for another 90 days if you access the web app using the same browser.

To complete the SCA verification, you'll need:

  • Your mobile phone with the Soldo mobile app installed

Verify with the Mobile app

To verify with the mobile app:

  1. Select the Mobile app option.
  2. Open the Soldo mobile app on your phone.
  3. Select Yes, it's me from the notification screen.

Troubleshooting login

If you're having problems with your login, check:

  • There are no typos in your email address or password
  • There is no extra whitespace in your email address or password
  • You're entering the correct Account ID (multiple account users)
  • Your account is activated for SSO (SSO users)

Login - SSO

Availability
