Single Sign-On (SSO) lets your users access Soldo securely using your company’s identity provider. Once SSO is set up, logging in is quick and familiar, with fewer passwords to manage.
Prerequisites
Before anyone can log in with SSO, make sure you’ve completed these steps:
- You’re on a Soldo Plus or Unlimited plan with the SSO Add-on.
- Your identity provider is fully configured to connect with Soldo.
- Your users are added to the Soldo application in your identity provider.
- Your users also exist in Soldo with the same email address used in your identity provider.

Once setup is complete, logging in takes a few simple steps.
- On the Soldo login page, select Log in with SSO.
- Enter your email address and select Continue.
- You’ll be redirected to your identity provider.
Your identity provider may ask you to:
- Enter your email address and password.

After completing authentication, you’ll return to Soldo.
- Select the company you want to access.
- When verification is complete, you’ll need to complete Secure Customer Authentication (SCA) as an additional security step.
- Once complete, you’ll be redirected to your Dashboard.

What changes when SSO is activated?
When you activate SSO for your company, keep the following in mind:

- New users added in Soldo must also exist in your identity provider before they can log in.
- Password resets are handled in your identity provider, not in Soldo.
