After activating a new currency in Soldo, you'll need to deposit funds into the wallet or make a transfer before you can start to use the wallet.
How to fund an alternative currency wallet with a wallet-to-wallet transfer
This guide will describe the steps required to make a wallet-to-wallet transfer between wallets with a different currency. For this guide, the funding source will be a default currency GBP wallet and the destination will be a EUR wallet. The same steps apply for other currencies.
1. From the left-side menu select Wallets.
2. Select Main wallets.
3. Select the wallet that you'd like to transfer funds from.
4. Select the Transfers tab.
5. Choose Select destination.
6. Select the currency selector dropdown and choose the currency that you want to fund.
7. Select the Main wallets tab.
8. Choose the wallet you'd like to deposit money into and then select Confirm.
9. Enter the amount to send. The amount to be received will be automatically calculated based on the conversion rate displayed.
Alternatively, enter the amount to receive. The amount to send will be automatically calculated based on the conversion rate displayed.
10. Select Confirm transfer.
The funds will be immediately transferred from your source wallet to your destination wallet.
In addition to transferring funds from another wallet, you can also fund your alternative currency wallet by making a deposit from your bank.
