Change your password

When your user account is created in Soldo, a temporary password is generated for you. You'll be prompted to change this password the first time that you login. You can change this password at any time from the web app.

How to change your password from the web app

1. Select your avatar from the right-side menu.

2. Select Change Password.

3. Enter your old password and then create and confirm your new password.

Tip: Your new password will validate as you type so you can easily check if it meets the minimum requirements.

4. Select Change Password.

Your password will be updated immediately.

Tip: The next time that you log in, you'll need to use your new password. Your old password will no longer work.

You can update your password whenever you want to keep your Soldo account secure. If you're logging in for the first time, you’ll be asked to create a new password. After that, you can change it at any time from the web app.

How to change your password

  1. Log in to the web app with your current credentials.
  2. Open the User menu.
  3. Select Change Password from the menu.

  4. Enter your current password, then type and confirm your new password.

    Tip: Password requirements validate as you type so you can check everything is correct before saving.
  5. Select Change password to save your new password.

Note: Your password updates straight away. You’ll need to use your new password the next time you log in.

Troubleshooting

  • You forgot your current password: If you're a Super admin, select Forgot password? on the login screen and follow the instructions. If you're not a Super admin, reach out to your company's Soldo administrator. they can reset your password for you.
  • Your new password isn’t accepted: Check the validation indicators and make sure you’ve met all password requirements.
