If you are the Super admin of your Soldo account and you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset from the web app.
The request password option is for Super admins only. If one of your users forgets their password, you should reset their credentials from the web app.
How to reset a forgotten password (Super admins)
1. From the login screen, select Forgot password.
2. Select I am the administrator.
3. Enter your email address and company ID.
4. Select Reset password.
An email will be sent to your email address with instructions on how to reset your password.
5. Select Back to login.
6. Check your emails and select the Reset password link.
A new temporary password will be sent to your registered mobile device.
7. Log in to the web app using your email address and the password sent to your mobile device.
You will then be prompted to change your password.

How to reset a forgotten password for a web app user
1. From the left-side menu, select Users.
2. Select the user whose password you want to reset from the list.
3. Select the Profile tab.
4. Under the Device access section, select Send web credentials.
5. Select Yes, reset and send.
