If you are the Super admin of your Soldo account and you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset from the web app.
How to reset a forgotten password (Super admins)
1. From the login screen, select Forgot password.
2. Select I am the administrator.
3. Enter your email address and company ID.
4. Select Reset password.
5. Select Back to login.
6. Check your emails and select the Reset password link.
7. Log in to the web app using your email address and the password sent to your mobile device.
You will then be prompted to change your password.
How to reset a forgotten password for a web app user
1. From the left-side menu, select Users.
2. Select the user whose password you want to reset from the list.
3. Select the Profile tab.
4. Under the Device access section, select Send web credentials.
5. Select Yes, reset and send.
If you're the Super admin for your company and you've forgotten your password, you can request a password reset directly from the Soldo web app.
How to reset your own password
- On the login screen, select Forgot password?.
- Select I am the administrator.
- Enter your email address and account ID.

Select Reset password.
Note: We'll email you instructions on how to complete your password reset. -
Check your email and select the Reset password link.
Note: We'll send a temporary password to your registered mobile device. - Go back to the web app and log in using your email address and the temporary password sent to your device.
- You’ll be prompted to set a new password as soon as you log in.
How to reset a forgotten password for a user
You can resend login credentials for any web app user from the Users section.
- From the navigation menu, select Users.
- Select the user whose credentials you want to reset.
- Select the Information tab.
- Select the Credentials dropdown and choose Reset & send web credentials.
- Select Yes, reset and send to confirm.
The user will receive new temporary login credentials right away. They'll need to create a new password when they log in.
