If you're the Super admin of your Soldo account and you've forgotten the password for your sandbox account, you can request a password reset from the web app.
Note: The request password option is only for Super admins. If one of your users forgets their password, you should reset their credentials from your sandbox.
Reset a forgotten sandbox password (Super admins)
Tip: You can skip steps 1 to 3 by navigating directly to your sandbox URL if you know this.
- Login to your production Soldo account (the account where you activated your sandbox).
- From the left-side menu, select Integrations > Sandbox.
- Select Go to sandbox.
- From the sandbox login screen, select Forgot password.
- Select I am the administrator.
- Enter your email address and account ID.
- Select Reset password and we'll send an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
- Select Back to login.
- Check your emails and select the Reset password link. A new temporary password will be sent to your registered mobile device.
- Log in to your sandbox account using your email address and the password sent to your mobile device.
- You'll then be prompted to change your password.

- Login to your production Soldo account (the account where you activated your sandbox).
- From the left-side menu, select Integrations > Sandbox.
- Select Go to sandbox.
- Enter the credentials for your sandbox account and select Log in.
- From the left-side menu, select Users.
- Select the user whose password you want to reset from the list.
- Select the Profile tab.
- Under the Device access section, select Send web credentials.
- Select Yes, reset and send.

- Select Go to sandbox.
- Enter the credentials for your sandbox account and select Log in.
- From the navigation menu, select Users.
- Select the user whose password you want to reset.
- Select the Information tab.
- Under the Device access section, select the Credentials dropdown and choose Reset & send web credentials.
- Confirm by selecting Yes, reset and send.
