Reset your sandbox password

If you're the Super admin of your Soldo account and you've forgotten the password for your sandbox account, you can request a password reset from the web app.

The request password option is only for Super admins. If one of your users forgets their password, you should reset their credentials from your sandbox.

How to reset a forgotten sandbox password (Super admins)

Tip: You can skip steps 1 to 3 by navigating directly to your sandbox URL if you know this.

1. Login to your production Soldo account (the account where you activated your sandbox).
2. From the left-side menu, select Integrations > Sandbox.
3. Select Go to sandbox.
4. From the sandbox login screen, select Forgot password.
5. Select I am the administrator.
6. Enter your email address and company ID.
   Ensure that you enter the Company ID of your sandbox account.
7. Select Reset password. We'll send an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
8. Select Back to login.
9. Check your emails and select the Reset password link. A new temporary password will be sent to your registered mobile device.
10. Log in to your sandbox account using your email address and the password sent to your mobile device.
11. You'll then be prompted to change your password.

How to reset a forgotten sandbox password for a web app user

Tip: You can skip steps 1 to 3 by navigating directly to your sandbox URL if you know this.

1. Login to your production Soldo account (the account where you activated your sandbox).
2. From the left-side menu, select Integrations > Sandbox.
3. Select Go to sandbox.
4. Enter the credentials for your sandbox account and select Log in.
5. From the left-side menu, select Users.
6. Select the user whose password you want to reset from the list.
7. Select the Profile tab.
8. Under the Device access section, select Send web credentials.
9. Select Yes, reset and send.
