Reset your sandbox password

If you're the Super admin of your Soldo account and you've forgotten the password for your sandbox account, you can request a password reset from the web app.

Note: The request password option is only for Super admins. If one of your users forgets their password, you should reset their credentials from your sandbox.

Reset a forgotten sandbox password (Super admins)

Tip: You can skip steps 1 to 3 by navigating directly to your sandbox URL if you know this.
  1. Login to your production Soldo account (the account where you activated your sandbox).

  6. Enter your email address and account ID.

  7. Select Reset password and we'll send an email with instructions on how to reset your password.WC_Sandbox_ForgotPasswordAnnotated_202501_EN.webp

  9. Check your emails and select the Reset password link.  A new temporary password will be sent to your registered mobile device.WC_Account_ResetEmail_202409_EN.png
  10. Log in to your sandbox account using your email address and the password sent to your mobile device. WC_Sandbox_LoginAnnotated_202501_EN.png

How to reset a forgotten sandbox password for a web app user

  1. Login to your production Soldo account (the account where you activated your sandbox).

  4. Enter the credentials for your sandbox account and select Log in. WC_Sandbox_LoginDetailsAnnotated_202501_EN.webp

  6. Select the user whose password you want to reset from the list. WC_Sandbox_SelectUser_202410_EN.png

  2. From the navigation menu, select Integrations > Sandbox
  3. Select Go to sandbox

  6. Enter your email address and account ID, then select Reset password. We'll send an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

  8. Log in to your sandbox account using your email address and the temporary password sent to your mobile device
  9. You'll then be prompted to change your password.

  9. Confirm by selecting Yes, reset and send
