If you have previously deactivated a user, you can reactivate them at any time to give them access to Soldo.
Here's how:
1. Login to the web app at manage.soldo.com.
2. From the left-side menu, select Users.
You may need to adjust your filters to display both active and inactive users. If your filters are already set to display inactive users, you can skip to step 5.
3. Select the status dropdown.
4. Select the check box next to the Inactive option.
5. Select the user who you want to activate.
6. Select Activate User.
Note: When you activate a user, a new temporary password and passcode for the web and mobile apps will be sent to their registered email address. They’ll be prompted to change these credentials when they first log in.
