You can add your Soldo card to Apple Pay or Google Pay and pay directly from your phone or smartwatch. You don't need to carry a physical card to make a payment.
Why use Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Adding your card to a digital wallet gives you a faster, safer, and more convenient way to pay. It works anywhere contactless payments are accepted, such as shops, cafes, and public transport.
- It’s secure: Your card number is not shared with merchants
- It’s quick: Tap to pay without entering your PIN
- It’s contactless: Use your phone or watch to pay without needing your physical card
Which Soldo cards can be added?
You can add most general payment cards to Apple Pay or Google Pay, including:
- Plastic cards issued to a single user
- Virtual cards issued to a single user
Some card types cannot be added to a digital wallet:
- Temporary virtual cards for pre-approved spend
- Subscription cards
- Online ads cards
These cards are designed for specific purposes and cannot be added from the Soldo mobile app.
Important note about Company cards
You can only add a Company card to Apple Pay or Google Pay if it has a single assignee. If the card is assigned to more than one person, the option to add it will not be available in the mobile app.
