Remove your own out of office status
If you need to remove your out of office, for example if you have returned earlier than expected or your plans have changed, you can do this at any time. Here's how:
1. Select your user avatar.
2. Select Remove.
If you're looking to edit your dates, chosen delegate or tasks instead of removing the out of office status, you can also do this from the user menu by selecting Edit instead of Remove.
3. Confirm by selecting Yes, remove.
Remove the out of office status of other users
If you are a Super admin, Admin or have the necessary permissions to edit other users out of office status, you can remove or edit an out of office status from the user profile. Here's how:
1. From the left-side menu, select Users.
2. Select the user.
3. Select the Profile tab.
4. Select Remove.
If you're looking to edit the dates, chosen delegate or tasks instead of removing the out of office status, you can also do this from here by selecting Edit instead of Remove.
6. Confirm by selecting Yes, Remove.
