How can I see who is out of office?

A Super admin, Admin, or any role with the correct permission can view the out of office status for other users. A standard employee role can’t see the out of office status of other users.

To see who is out of office:

From the left-side menu, select Users.

A badge is displayed alongside their name indicating the out of office status.

You can also apply a filter to view only users who are out of office or only users who are available. To do this:

Select the Work status filter.

Choose from the available options and then select Apply.

Out of office status is also visible when selecting a delegate. This ensures that you can only select users who are available during your out of office period.
