Create a temporary virtual card without a request

Note: You can create a temporary virtual card without a request on the web app only.

1. From the left-side menu, select Pre-approved spend and then select Create spend.
   
2. Fill in the details for the temporary virtual card.
   
3. Select the assignee who will use this card for the pre-approved spend.
   
4. Select Next.
   
5. Select the wallet from where the funds will be drawn.
   
6. Add the total amount the assignee can spend on this card.
   
7. Choose the maximum number of transactions (from 1 to 10) the assignee can make on this card.
   
8. Selects Next.
   
9. Provide any additional documents related to the purchases if needed, then select Next.
   
10. Take a moment to review all the details and then select Confirm.
    

The assignee will immediately get a notification with instructions on how to activate the card. Once activated, they can use it to make the approved transactions, uploading receipts or invoices to the transactions as usual.
