Who needs to be included on the application?

  • Director or Trustee - We need you to provide the details of at least one Director or Trustee of your organisation. They will be the individual who legally owns the account on behalf of your organisation.
  • Super admin - An individual in your organisation who will have control over your account. They can do things like add users, create cards, transfer funds, and much more. During the registration process, you need to provide details for one Super admin. If you’d like to add more Super admins, you can do so after your application is approved.
The Director or Trustee, and the Super admin can be the same person.

Before we approve your application, the Director or Trustee, and Super admin will need to verify their identity. We will contact them at the email address you provide on the registration form to complete this process.
