Control where Fuel cards can be used

Super admins can fine-tune Fuel card usage by enabling or disabling specific merchant categories to match company policies.

Merchant categories you can enable/disable:

• Service stations – Enable for fuel purchases, or block if unnecessary.
• Toll Roads – Support frequent business trips with toll payments.

How does it work?

Using a Soldo Fuel card is as simple as using any other payment card, but with built-in spend controls for complete peace of mind.

For Employees:

• Use the Soldo Fuel card to pay at any fuel station where Mastercard® is accepted.
• Capture receipts directly in the Soldo mobile app for easy expense tracking.
• If mileage tracking is needed, log the journey using the Mileage reimbursement feature in Soldo.
