How can I delete a Company wallet?

Before deleting a Company wallet

Before you delete a Company wallet, you'll need to:

- Make sure that the wallet balance is at 0

You can transfer funds to another wallet. To do this:

1. Select your wallet and choose the Transfers tab.
2. Select the destination wallet (the wallet that will receive the funds in your Company wallet).
3. Enter the amount to transfer. This must be the full balance of the Company wallet.
   

- Remove any cards linked to the wallet

You can switch the funding source of any linked cards to use a different wallet. To do this:

1. Select your wallet and choose the Linked cards tab to view any cards linked to the wallet.
   
2. Select the card from the list and then, from the Cards screen, select the 3 dots (more options) > Change wallet.
   

- Remove any automatic transfers set up on the wallet

You'll need to remove any transfer rules or presets that are set up for the wallet you want to delete. To do this:

1. Select your wallet and choose the Transfers tab.
2. Select the Periodic and Low balance tabs, remove any rules and select Save.
   

Delete a Company wallet

1. Confirm that you have completed the steps in the guide above.
   Important: You'll also need to make sure that there are no pending transactions for the wallet before you can delete.
2. From the left side menu, select Wallets > Company wallets and then click on the wallet you want to delete.
   
3. Select the 3 dots (more options) and then select Delete wallet.
   
4. Select Yes, delete to confirm.
