This guide is for first-time users of the Soldo mobile app and will explain how to register and log in for the first time.

✅ You're a registered Soldo user and your correct mobile number is linked to your user account
If you're unsure or you need to update your mobile number, please contact your Soldo administrator.
✅ Mobile device can receive SMS messages
We’ll need to send you a verification code during registration.
✅ You have the temporary passcode for the mobile app
You’ll find this in your Soldo welcome email.
Note: If your company is using Soldo with Single Sign On (SSO), you do not need a temporary passcode. You can find the full guide for SSO users here.
- Launch the app and tap Get started.
- We’ll ask you to Allow notifications. Notifications will help you keep track of your transactions and receive important alerts about your account.
- Enter your country code and mobile number, then tap Continue.
Note: The mobile number will need to match the number on your account. - We’ll send you a 4-digit verification code via SMS. Enter the code to continue.
- If your mobile number is registered to multiple Soldo accounts, you’ll be able to choose which account you want to access. If you only have a single account, you’ll go straight to step 6.
- Enter your temporary passcode. You’ll find this in your welcome email from Soldo.
- We’ll now ask you to create a new passcode.
Your passcode is an important layer of security—treat it like a password. Choose something strong and unique, and never share it with anyone. This helps keep your account safe and ensures only you can access it. If you ever suspect someone else knows your passcode, reset it immediately. - That’s it! You’ve now set up the mobile app. Next time you log in, just tap Sign in or choose your account from the list and enter your passcode

You’ll need these to log in.
- Launch the app and tap Get started.
- We’ll ask you to Allow notifications. Notifications will help you keep track of your transactions and receive important alerts about your account.
- Enter your country code and mobile number, then tap Continue.
Note: The mobile number will need to match the number on your account. - We’ll send you a 4-digit verification code via SMS. Enter the code to continue.
- If your mobile number is registered to multiple Soldo accounts, you’ll be able to choose which account you want to access. If you only have a single account, you’ll go straight to step 6.
- We’ll now redirect you to your company’s SSO provider. Enter your credentials to continue.
- That’s it! You’ve now re-registered the mobile app. Next time you log in, just tap Sign in or choose your account from the list and we’ll direct you to your SSO provider to complete your login.
