Company cards can be assigned to multiple users, giving each card assignee access to company money. This is particularly useful when you have multiple users who need the ability to spend for a specific project, team or department.
You can add card assignees when you create the card or add them later. You also have the flexibility to add and remove card assignees at anytime. For example, if a user no longer needs access to spend money with the Company card, you can simply remove them. Or, if you need to add more assignees as teams or projects grow, you can do this too.
Who can add assignees to a Company card?
During card creation:

After card creation:

- Limited admin
- Leader
How to assign users to a Company card
From the Cards section in the web app:
- From the left-side menu, select Cards.
- Select the card you want to manage.
Tip: If you have a lot of Cards, you can use the filter at the top of the screen to quickly show only Company cards.
- From the card Overview screen, find the Assignees section on the right.
- Select the plus (+) icon.
- Select the users you want to assign to the card, then select Confirm.
Note: If a Company card is currently assigned to a single user and has been added to Google Pay or Apple Pay, you’ll receive a warning when adding more assignees. Google Pay or Apple Pay will no longer be available if multiple users are assigned to the card.

You can also manage card assignees from the Assignee tab:
- From the left-side menu, select Cards.
- Select the card you want to manage.
- Select the Assignee tab.
- If there are no current assignees, select Set assignees, then select the users to add, and Confirm.
- If there are existing assignees, select Add assignee, then select the users to add, and Confirm.
Remove assignees from a Company card
- From the left-side menu, select Cards.
- Select the card you want to manage.
- Select the Assignee tab.
- To remove an single assignee, hover over their name and select the trash icon.
- To remove multiple users, select the checkboxes next to their name, then select Remove assignee.

How to add or remove users from a Company card
Web app:
- From the navigation menu, select Cards.
- Select the card you want to manage.

- From the card Overview screen, find the Assignees section on the right.
- To add an assignee:
- Click the Add button.
- Choose the users you want to assign to the card, then select Confirm.
- To manage existing assignees, for example, removing a card assignee:
- Click the Manage button.
- Find the user you want to remove from the card and select the remove icon from the Actions column.
- Confirm the removal by clicking Yes, remove assignees.
Tip: You can remove assignees in bulk by selecting the check box next to each user.
