How to view your assigned policy

Employees can check their assigned Expense policy at any time in both the web app and mobile app.

In the Web app

1. Select your name in the Users section.
   
2. On the right-hand side, you'll see your assigned Expense policy.
3. Select View [Policy name] to see all expense categories and their allowances.
   

In the Mobile App

• When adding an out-of-pocket transaction or enriching an existing transaction, tap the View Expense policy link to check your allowances.
  
• You can also go to Account > Expense policy to see your assigned policy at any time.
  

This ensures employees always have access to their expense allowances, whether they’re submitting expenses on the go or checking allowances before making a purchase.

Tip: Employees should check their policy before making purchases to avoid out-of-policy expenses.
