How can I view my card's PIN?

If you have a plastic card and you need to view your PIN to make a Chip & PIN payment or cash withdrawal, you can do this from the web and mobile apps. If you don't have access to the Soldo web app or mobile app, you can ask your Soldo administrator to send you a PIN reminder via SMS. Here's how you can view your PIN in the web and mobile app:

View your PIN in the mobile app

1. Log in to the mobile app.
2. From the bottom navigation menu, select Cards.
3. Select your card.
4. Select Card info.
   
5. Select View Pin.
   

For security, you'll need to enter your Soldo app passcode to view your PIN. When you have entered your passcode, your PIN will be displayed for a limited time. We'll also send you an email notification each time you view your PIN.

View your PIN in the web app

1. Log in to the web app.
2. From the left-side menu, select Cards.
3. Select your card.
   
4. Select Card info.
   
5. Select View PIN.

For security, you'll need to complete Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) to view your PIN. When you have completed the SCA, your PIN will be displayed for a limited time. We'll also send you an email notification each time you view your PIN.
