View your card details (PAN, CVC, Expiry) for making online purchases

For employees/cardholders

View your card details using the web app

1. Log in to your Soldo account.
2. From the Users section, select your name.
3. From the Cards section of the Overview page, select Show numbers.
   Security notice: For security, you'll need to complete Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) to view your card details. We'll also send you an email notification each time you view your card details.
4. When you've completed the SCA, you'll be able to view your 16 digit card number (PAN), 3 digit security code (CVC), the card expiry date (EXP), billing address and VAT number.

View your card details using the mobile app

1. Log in to the mobile app.
2. From the bottom navigation menu, select Cards.
3. Tap on your card.
4. Tap Card info.
5. Tap View card number, CVV & more.
   Security notice: For security, you'll need to enter your mobile app passcode to view your card details. We'll also send you an email notification each time you view your card details. 
6. When you've entered your passcode, you'll be able to view your 16 digit card number (PAN), 3 digit security code (CVC), the card expiry date (EXP), billing address and VAT number. 
7. For convenience, you'll also be able to copy the 16 digit card number to your clipboard to make it simpler when making online payments.
   Note: The card number will only be copied to your clipboard for 1 minute. If you don’t paste it within this time, you’ll need to copy it again or manually enter the card details when making a payment.

For Super admins

Super admins can view the card details of any user using the web and mobile apps. 

View another user's card details using the web app

1. Log in to Soldo as a Super admin.
2. From the left-side menu, select Cards.
3. Select the card.
4. Select Card info.
5. Select View card details.
   Security notice: For security, you'll need to complete Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) to view your card details. We'll also send you an email notification each time you view your card details.
6. When you've completed the SCA, you'll be able to view the 16 digit card number (PAN), 3 digit security code (CVC), the card expiry date (EXP), billing address and VAT number.

View another user's card details using the mobile app

1. Log in to the mobile app as a Super admin.
2. From the bottom navigation menu, select Cards.
3. Tap on the user's card.
4. Tap Card info.
5. Tap View card number, CVV & more.
   Security notice: For security, you'll need to enter your mobile app passcode to view your card details. We'll also send you an email notification each time you view your card details. 
6. When you've entered your passcode, you'll be able to view the 16 digit card number (PAN), 3 digit security code (CVC), the card expiry date (EXP), billing address and VAT number.
