If something’s happened to your Soldo card, whether it’s lost, stolen, or damaged, you can report the issue and deactivate the card straight away. This helps keep your company’s money secure. You can do this in the web app or mobile app, depending on what you’re using.
Report your card in the web app
Who: All cardholders.
- Log in to the web app.
- From the navigation menu, select Cards.
- Choose your card.
- Select the Security icon.
- Choose the relevant option:
Options for reporting
Plastic cards
- Lost or stolen: The card will be deactivated immediately to prevent misuse.
- Broken: The card will be deactivated straight away.
Virtual cards
- Compromised: The card will be deactivated immediately to protect your funds.
Report your card in the mobile app
Who: All cardholders.
- Log in to the mobile app.
- Tap Cards in the navigation menu.
- Tap on your card.
- Select the Security icon.
- Choose the issue you want to report:

Plastic cards
- Lost or stolen: The card will be deactivated immediately.
- Damaged: The card will be deactivated, and you’ll be asked to describe the damage.
Virtual cards
- Compromised: The card will be deactivated immediately.
What happens after you report a card
If it was a mistake
If you've found your card or reported it by accident, you can reactivate it:
- Navigate to the cards section and select your card.
- From the card overview, select Reactivate.
- Enter the card 3-digit CVC to confirm.
If the card can’t be used again
If the card is permanently lost, stolen, or unusable, you can delete it:
- Navigate to the cards section and select your card.
- From the card overview, select Delete.
If you need a replacement
Only a Super admin can create a new card. If you're using the mobile app, you can tap Order new to send a message to your Soldo administrator to request a new card.
Helpful tips
- Once deactivated, a card can’t be used again unless it’s reactivated.
- Deleting a card is permanent, you won’t be able to undo this.
