FAQs
Where are my reports saved?
We don’t save the reports that you generate. You’ll need to download them using the link provided in the confirmation message. You can then save the report to your device.
How long does it take to download a report?
This depends on how much data you're trying to download. In many cases, a report can be generated and be ready for download in a matter of seconds. In some cases, where you have a large amount of data, it may take a few minutes to generate the report. You don’t need to wait around for this. If a report takes longer than 30 seconds to generate, we’ll display a message “Your download is taking a while. We'll email you a download link once the file is ready.” You can continue with any other work and leave the reports section of the web app. We’ll send you a link via email where you can download your report when ready.
Note: We’ll only email a link in cases where report generation takes longer than 30 seconds. In all other cases, you’ll need to remain in the reports section until you receive the confirmation message with a link to download your report.
