What data fields are synced between Soldo and SAP Concur?

Here’s a list of the fields that are synced between Soldo and SAP Concur:

  • Authorised / Settled amount
  • Authorised / Settled currency
  • Authorised / Settled date and time
  • Cardholder
  • Card number
  • Merchant address
  • Merchant name
  • Merchant category code (MCC)
  • Transaction type:
    • AV - Cash Advance: Withdrawal
    • CHG - Other Bank Charges and Fees: Soldo Fees
    • RPE - Regular transaction: Payment and Refund

For integrations set up using our add-on, we’ll also sync the following custom data:

  • Wallet - The full name of the wallet (funding source for the transaction)
  • Card - The card name + card label used for the transaction.
  • Group - The full name of the group assigned to the transaction.
  • User ID - Employee ID of the user assigned to the transaction (only applies to Company card transactions.)
  • User - The full name of the user assigned to the transaction (only applies to Company card transactions.)
  • URL - Direct URL to view the transaction on the Soldo platform.

Where can I see the custom data in SAP Concur?

You’ll find the custom data by navigating to the Card transactions section in SAP Concur and hovering the mouse over the Card icon.
