With Soldo, you can enrich your transactions by adding extra data, such as List items or Invoice data, to enhance the transaction detail.
You'll be able to configure and manage the extra data fields by navigating to the Transaction fields section of the Web app. You'll find this under the Configure menu.
We've created this section (Transaction fields) to simplify the management and configuration of transaction-related fields. Whether you're updating a field or changing your setup, everything you need is now in one place.
We’ve also moved some existing features here to give you a single, streamlined space for managing all your transaction field settings.
Will I get access to Transaction fields?
All customers with the appropriate permissions will have access to this section by navigating to Configure > Transaction fields.
You'll be able to see all available transaction field features regardless of your plan but you'll only be able to access the features that are included in your plan. If you try to manage a feature that you don't have, we'll inform you of your upgrade options.
What does this mean for me?
- You'll now see a new section in the menu called Transaction fields. It's part of the Configure menu.
- If you've previously used Lists, you'll notice that this menu item is no longer available in the Configure menu. We've moved Lists into the Transaction fields section. You'll still be able to use the feature just like before. Simply select View next to the List field type when you visit the Transaction fields section.
